Could you correct my diary?
Today I went to a Ramen restaurant called Echigoya. It offers a lot of Japanese dishes. I particularly like pot stickers in the menu. It tastes refreshing and delicious because green perilla is in it. Generally it is eaten by dipping sauce which is made of soy sources, vinegar and chill oil. But I prefer to put just a little vinegar on it. I would like to say that the vinegar brings out the best of the ingredients used in it and it’ll taste better.
