Looking forward to hearing from you. 和 I am looking forward to hearing from you. 的差別在哪裡？如果不好說明，請提供一些例句。

Not only about this case, I often see sentences with the subject omitted. Does the absence influence even slightly like sounds more informal or casual? Is it possible for you to explain me when this tends to happen? Additional examples are: Hope you're feeling better. Can't do it. I would appreciate your help!

Whenever you omit the pronoun it makes the statement or sentence more casual or informal. :)

I don't think it makes a huge difference nor interfere on the meaning.

For example, I would tell my friend "See you tomorrow for lunch!" But a business associate I would say, "I will see you tomorrow for our lunch."

We tend to be the most informal with friends or significant others. Even parents/family members, depending on your family's culture.

Omitting the subject is very informal. We usually omit the subject when we are directly addressing a friend. I often do this when texting my friends.
