@brirob24: Thanks for your answering! However, it is true I wasn't sure if it is an appropriate sentence for this site to ask, because it is a kind of, say, "intended nonsensical sentence."
The guy who wrote this sentence is Bill Wurtz, who is well known for his artwork "History of Japan" on YouTube.
