But if you use it with friends theres no prob

Using the expression "I'm sick and tired" sounds more like you're overwhelmed. Depending on what you're trying to say or what exactly you're saying, I would say if you want to make it sound more natural , say "I'm tired". Meaning you're exhausted or want to sleep. Or, if you are overwhelmed and really tired of it ( meaning you're over it ) you could simply say, "I'm overwhelmed by it." Hope this helps! I'm not too good of an explainer :)
