Mostly.
Have worked could be in the past or currently depending on the conversation.
Have been working means you still are working there or just finished.
I worked is in past tense only.

I have worked in China for two years.
I have been working in China for two years.
The second sentence is incorrect as "ever" doesn't fit into this sentence as dar as I can tell.
