I'm going to guess you're looking for a similar expression:
One good deed deserves another.

Both phrases are idioms. Neither is all to common anymore but if you used either people will understand what you mean.

I'll give an example scenario of when I'd say the phrase I used and one for the phrase you used.
One good:
I'm walking into a building and someone holds the door open for me to walk through. I say thank you as I walk through then I hold the door as they walk through. Usually, they would say thank you as well and at this point instead of saying "you're welcome", I would say: one good deed deserves another.
Yours is a little less specific, anytime you want someone to do a favor for you and they seem hesitant, you can say: you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.
They'll likely ask what you can do for them and you will have to offer something they desire, but it's a statement of goodwill and reciprocity.

by speaking or just watching movies?

@hazemzone: You can practice it in any way, so long as it's a comfortable and understandable rate for you. A few ways I started teaching myself Japanese besides chatting with natives was, I would write Japanese words and characters down to memorize. I would watch shows that had the language and even read certain books that were in Japanese. I did try speaking the language either by myself or with friends/family to familiarize myself with it. Apps are a good way too! Try to type in 'English learning' and I'm sure a dozen or more will come up. Some are game/flash while others get down business. Just pick the one that's right for you =)

Same way you learn any language I suppose, it's a challenge. I would recommend finding a friend that also wants to learn English so that you have someone to practice with and maybe even a little competition with. "I'm going to speak English better than you! -Oh no, you won't!"
An English to Arabic dictionary is a good start.
You can use it for people to point to an answer and that will teach you the English word to express something. I.E.
شكرا = thank you
كيف حالك؟ = How are you?
Most importantly, daily learning and practice. I speak to myself a lot in any language I'm learning trying to describe as much of the world around me in those new words.

You can find a tutor for a pretty cheap price and other people to Skype with.

That's your own decision to make.
Here's some basic advice to help you.
Everything in life is really as simple as it seems.
To become better at anything is through repetition and dedication.
You can spend twenty minutes watching a tv show that has. I effect on your life or twenty minutes learning and or practicing something that will affect your life.
What you do with your time is your decision, but spend your time wisely as it is not infinite and "tomorrow" always comes too late.
I study a minimum of an hour a day.
You need to do you own research.
Just google all these things.
"Free language programs"
"English flash-cards"
"Grammar practice"
"How to learn languages"
"How to study a language"
"How to pronounce..."
It's really that simple man, if you're struggling with a certain aspect you can just ask Ol' Daddy Google. I do, and he seems to have pretty good ideas usually.
