The passengers were surprised at the sudden stop of the train.It was announced that someone at the station was touched and hurt by the train. 聼起來自然嗎?

有點不自然

The passengers were surprised "by" the sudden stop of the train. It was announced that someone at the station was "hit" and "injured" by a train.

If you said "the train" then it means that the train you're on hit someone. If you said "a train" then it means that a train, other than the one you're one, hit someone. Both are correct, it just depends on what you want to say.

Also, if by "touch" you mean (轢殺) then I'd say "the train ran someone over."

Yes, I used "the" since I was on the train.
And the reason why I used "touch" is the announcement said "接触した" and I thought the proper word for "接触" would be "touch" rather than "hit".

I'd like to have my sentence corrected more!! Thank you 😸
