@iambugsy Generally speaking, a site inspection or work inspection are terms used. Doing your due diligence is something that you do while doing an inspection, but it’s more about being thorough and responsible. So, you can do a site inspection without due diligence and miss something important.

thank you for your quick response. which one is more common expression, site inspection or due diligence? In dictionary due diligence is related to property only.
