The second is ungrammatical. You'd have to say "not a man's burden". That would be grammatical, but logically bizarre. What are you then, a woman's burden? A child's burden?

Thank you. I understand. In a movie, a woman was saying “ I am no man’s burden!” to a man. I didn’t know the difference of meanings between no and not well, so I asked it here. @cmertb
