Nice to meet you. We are a Training services and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services organization and our company is a famous name in HCM City. We offers courses from the very basic to advanced level of training.

Now I am looking into starting up a English Teaching program in HCM City. I have a building but will need English Teacher. I have 2 options:

1/ If you have students and I have building, we can work together and share benefits.

2/ If you don't have students, I will market for you (because I can market for students that have learned IT at my company), you just only teach and prepare the courses. Then we share benefits.

Which Option is most suitable for you? How do you think about this?

I would like to work with native teacher for the next few years.

second paragraph should say either "teacher's" or "a teacher" same for 6th paragraph

third paragraph (or 1/) might be better rephrased as "if you already have students I can provide a building"

fourth paragraph "you just need to teach" instead of "you just only teach"

fifth paragraph "what do you think" instead of "how do you think"
